Suggestions: In your online video review, you may analyze the following questions:

  • Name and year of the video.
  • What is the purpose of the video? (For example, to persuade, inform, question or entertain?)
  • What historic issues does the video address?
  • What is the video’s thesis or point of view?
  • What evident is used to support the thesis? How accurate is the evidence? Has relevant or conflicting evidence been omitted?
  • How valid is the video’s argument?
  • What has the video accomplished?
  • Would you like to print these instructions?

Your online video review should be 2-4 pages (Please, check the requirements for each collection), double-spaced, 1 inch margins, in 12-point font. Please e-mail a copy to the UB-TAH program coordinator

Please, read the instructions very carefully: Select and watch 1 (one collections "")  of the following groups of Online Videos or DVDs on History and write a report paper, summarizing or outlining the video(s) or online video(s) you watched. (Please, be aware, some of the collection have more than one video.) If you have any question, please, contact us
